This 1.5hr Group Crystal & Sound and Voice Healing immersion with Laura Gutierrez has been designed to support you in the harmonisation of your whole being - mind, body & spirit.

Have you been feeling stressed? Overwhelmed? Or just out of alignment?

This workshop asks nothing of you - all you need to do is lie down, relax, and receive. You don't even need to worry about staying awake - as the process will work even if you drift off.

The frequencies of crystals and intentional sounds used during the session will be your support for deep healing and transformation to happen.

You will leave feeling rested, rejuvenated, and replenished on every level.

Please bring:

• your mat,

• comfy clothes,

• warm socks

• and anything you need to be cosy.

 Blankets and bolsters will be provided.
