Meditation & Contemplation Course
In-studio or online with Joseph Rundle
Effortless Being is a meditation and contemplation practice that invites you into a deeper experience of presence, awareness, and ease. Inspired by the Taoist principle of “Wu Wei”– often translated as “effortless action” or “non-forcing”– this course gently guides you toward resting in your natural state of being.
Through simple, direct practices, you will explore how to let go of striving and reconnect with a quiet, intuitive awareness. In this space, a natural sense of connection with life emerges – revealing a harmony that is not created – but recognised.
This four-week course offers weekly one-hour sessions combining guided meditation and gentle contemplation, inspired by Zen and Taoist approaches to direct, present-moment awareness.
No prior experience is needed – only a willingness to pause and be.
